General Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Due to sanitary reasons, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

For all items purchased using Klarna, the following terms apply and supersede all other return conditions:

• Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Free return postage is provided for Klarna purchases
• No restocking fees apply
• No store credit or exchanges are permitted for Klarna purchases
• Refunds are issued to Klarna within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
