Order Fulfillment & Delivery Process
Once an order is placed, it is processed based on the time of purchase and the selected delivery method.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are packed and shipped the same business day for standard products, including cases of water and other non-palletized items. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are packed on the next business day and shipped via the carrier selected by the customer.
For pallet orders (one pallet or more), a freight pickup is arranged within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the customer’s delivery address and the freight carrier’s schedule.
Regardless of the carrier used, customers can choose from delivery timeframes of 1–3 business days, 3–5 business days, or 5–8 business days, with shipping costs calculated based on the selected delivery speed and order size.
For international orders, delivery times vary by destination and may exceed 8 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carrier handling.
This process ensures efficient order handling, clear delivery expectations, and reliable fulfillment from purchase to final delivery.
Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, selected delivery speed, and carrier. All delivery estimates are provided in business days and begin once the order has been shipped, not from the order date.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier’s operations and conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees or restocking charges.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped. For freight and pallet orders, tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery times for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs clearance and local carrier handling.
If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify us within a reasonable timeframe and provide supporting documentation so we can assist with a carrier claim where applicable.
